Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three men Wednesday in two unrelated cases.

Deputies went to serve a theft (motion to revoke) warrant in the 100 block of East Yucca View, Wednesday afternoon. When the subject of the warrant observed deputies at the home, he fled on foot north of the residence through a briar patch.

The suspect, identified as Brandon Lloyd Frazier, 19, of Weatherford, was apprehended, a short distance later after he lost his shoe in a muddy creek bed. He was apprehended in a pasture near the residence.

Frazier was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested for the warrant and additionally charged with possession of marijuana and evading arrest detention. He was taken to the Parker County Jail. His bond was set at $4,500. As of Thursday afternoon, he remained incarcerated.

The second incident occurred the same day around 10:30 a.m., where deputies responded to a theft call in the 900 block ofFriendship Road. The property lease holder reported unknown suspect(s) stole several stock panels. While on scene, deputies observed two male suspects attempting to load a truck belonging to the property owner on a trailer.

The suspects told deputies they had purchased the truck from a subject unknown to the lease holder or property owners. The suspects also told deputies the unknown subject had given them permission to be on the property. The property owner, manager and lease holder reported neither suspect had permission to take the truck or be on the premises. Several vehicles, a welder and cattle equipment had been recently reported stolen from the property. Deputies also observed the original property entrance gate lock had been cut along with a portion of the chain and replaced with a new lock, in which the suspects had keys.

Deputies discovered personal property belonging to the property owner from within the residence located inside the truck the suspects were attempting to load.

Both suspects, identified as Joshua Sean Rigstad, 24, of Weatherford, and Andrew Dillion Neighbors, 26, of Mineral Wells, were arrested and charged with criminal trespass, burglary of a building and theft of property.

As of Thursday afternoon, both suspects remained incarcerated. Neighbors’ bond was set at $9,500. Rigstad’s bond had not been set.
