3-06-2013 Attempted Murder

ParkerCounty Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call this morning which turned out to be a stabbing incident of attempted murder.
ParkerCounty Sheriff Larry Fowler said the call was reported around 1:30 a.m. from the 100 block of Horseshoe Drive, Parker County, in Western Lake Estates.
According to witnesses, two females argued after the victim told the suspect to leave the premises.
During the argument, witnesses reported hearing the victim scream, seeing the suspect making “slashing motions” toward the victim, then observing the victim fall to the floor.
Witnesses identified the suspect as a 27-year old ParkerCounty woman.
Sheriff’s report indicates the suspect used a knife to stab the 42-year-old female several times then fled the scene. The victim was reported as bleeding heavily from cuts to both forearms.
Witnesses dialed 9-1-1 and transported the victim by personal vehicle to a local hospital for treatment. She was later transported to JohnPeterSmithHospital in Fort Worth by air ambulance.
At this time, the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the case which is pending a warrant for the suspect for attempted murder.
