Brock High School Burglary: Crime of the Week

CRIME OF THE WEEK

 

Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects who burglarized Brock High School over the holiday weekend. Parker County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene located at 800 Eagle Spirit Lane Monday morning, Jan. 18, 2016.

Sheriff’s deputies said BISD employees reported unknown suspects had forcefully broken into the building by breaking a window, causing damages. Two projectors were taken, leaving the cords exposed and hanging from the ceiling, where they had once been installed. Six Yeti cooler cups, a laptop computer, a desk top computer and monitor had also been taken during the break-in. The total value of the stolen items is nearly $8,000.

During the burglary, a lock barring entry to a separate building had been cut, and the security system had been removed.

Additional security surveillance showed two suspects entering the building. Sheriff’s investigators said the duo was seen wearing tactical gear and carrying firearms during the burglary.

The Parker County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident and is seeking your help in solving this case. Parker County Crime Stoppers has designated this burglary as the Crime of the Week. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the individual(s) who perpetrated this crime.
